What we do

• Design pages that work with a keyboard, screen readers and zoom
• Add text descriptions to meaningful images and captions to videos where we can
• Check color contrast and heading structure when we publish
• Review the site regularly and fix problems we find

Known limitations

Some content from other companies, such as maps, videos, booking tools and older PDF documents, may not be fully accessible. If you can’t use something, contact us and we will help you another way.
